Contact and lead forms collect your name, email, phone and message. We also collect IP address, device and browser data, pages viewed and cookie identifiers.
3. Why we use it
We use your data to answer enquiries, prepare contracts and deliver services, and, with consent, for analytics and ads. Consent is our ground for cookies under Zakon Ukrainy "Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh" vid 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI; you may withdraw it anytime.
4. Cookies and Google Ads
We use cookies and Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags. Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC may receive data as independent controllers. Manage cookies in your browser and opt out of personalised ads in Google settings.
5. Sharing and retention
We never sell data. We share it only with hosting, email, analytics and advertising providers under contract, or where the law requires. Form data is kept 24 months.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent at contact@slentora.com. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
7. Consumer information
Before a distance contract we provide our name, address and contacts under Zakon Ukrainy "Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv" vid 10.06.2023 No. 3153-IX and Zakon Ukrainy "Pro elektronnu komertsiiu" vid 03.09.2015 No. 675-VIII. Marketing follows Zakon Ukrainy "Pro reklamu" vid 03.07.1996 No. 270/96-VR.
