Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of coaching packages offered by slentora.com ("we", "us") via slentora.com. By ordering, you agree to these Terms.

1. Provider identification

slentora.com is a private entrepreneur (PE), EDRPOU 28461094, registered at Business Center "Horizon", 24 Antonovycha Street, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine. Contact: contact@slentora.com, +380 638 271 4385. Managing Director: David Dubois.

2. Packages and ordering

We offer individual and group coaching packages. Descriptions, duration and prices are shown on the website. An order is placed when you confirm the package and pay. A distance contract is concluded under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015.

3. Payment

Prices are in UAH unless stated otherwise. Payment is due before the first session. We accept card and bank transfer. Single tax payer; VAT is not added.

4. Scheduling and rescheduling

Sessions are booked via the website or email. You may reschedule at least 24 hours before the session. Late rescheduling or missed sessions may be treated as used.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel within 14 days of purchase if no session has been used, per the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. After that, unused sessions may be refunded at our discretion minus costs. No refund for used sessions.

6. Client responsibilities

You confirm you are 18+. Coaching is not medical, psychological or legal advice. You are responsible for your decisions. Provide accurate information and a safe environment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant package. Nothing limits rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX.

8. Personal data

We process personal data per the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Advertising and claims

Any results mentioned are illustrative. We comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996. Health-related claims require substantiation.

10. Changes and law

We may update these Terms; the new version applies from posting. These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes are resolved in Ukrainian courts.
